About This Workshop:
We live in a culture that discourages conflict at all costs, but conflict done right is one of the most effective ways to grow your team while staying rooted in values. In this hour and a half long workshop we address the ways that internalized white supremacy keeps us from learning in conflict. We will practice how to solve values conflicts, and how to find our curiosity and use an abolitionist lens to create opportunities for success in teams instead of punishments for failure.
